rain rain go away

it has rained for the past week straight! well it seems like it atleast. every morning i wake up to rain and think to myself, "how can there be anymore rain up there?" today the sun came out for a bit and i was so excited. i was at nick and i's new apartment and decided to head home then since it was clear. as soon as i walked outside it started sprinkling again and then it got a little harder. soon i realized it was one of those rains that suddenly becomes a downpour. i only had a block and a half to walk, and it didn't take long for the sheets of rain to begin. and following that was hail! i haven't run that fast in a long time! i'm just praying all the rain comes now and in two weeks there is none left so i can have a beautiful wedding day. two weeks! that's all that's left. how did it come so quickly? i still have a few little things to do and at least once a day i freak out that nothing will get finished, but nick is great with pep talks and i make it through. i'm really excited about the reception because the lady taking care of it will do a fantastic job, but im a little nervous about how the decorations at the ceremony will turn out. the budget has been spent, but it is outdoors and it doesn't need too much. i just can't visualize it in my head is the problem i think. well it's back to packing. kinda. i have to go through all my education stuff and figure out what i really need and what i'm just clinging on to. not much room in the new apartment with both of our stuff :)
