Easter

it's that time of year again - chocolate bunnies, cadburry eggs, a big fat ham and mashed potatoes. however, my easters have been a little different since i came to school. i usually love staying around during breaks, but for some reason easter sunday isn't usually one i like here. it gets overlooked by the families that normally take in college students during holidays like thanksgiving and it's not like nick and i will eat an entire ham together so i don't do any cooking. this year was boston market and dawn joined us! for dinner it was subway and two movies in dawn's suite. i'm glad she's been around this vacation especially since i just spent spring break mostly alone. don't get me wrong, the day wasn't horrible, i would have just liked a big meal. it was beautiful outside today and i did some homework in the park, but it was a little windy and since the grass is still brown it wasn't all that i had hoped it would be. tonight when i walked back to my apartment the air had that springy smell and feel to it. i love it! i hope next weekend has beautiful "birthday weather" for me.
